About the Job
Sandman Software Systems Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented, and detail-oriented individual with at least one year of relevant work experience to join our team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR). This role is responsible for serving as a key point of contact for customers, providing accurate product and service information, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally to ensure a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Communication:
- Serve as the liaison for clients regarding product, service, and system-related inquiries.
- Listen to, understand, and accurately document client concerns and support requests.
- Provide timely, clear, and professional responses to client inquiries.
Resolution & Escalation of Issues:
- Address and resolve client concerns using established system procedures, process guidelines, and knowledge bases.
- Identify issues requiring further assistance and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure client concerns are properly addressed and resolved.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of client inquiries, reported issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports for client concerns, actions taken, and resolution status.
- Ensure proper documentation and communication of recurring issues to support continuous service improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred.
- At least one (1) year of relevant experience in customer service or a related role is required.
- Willingness and ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong City is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to address client concerns effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Having a personal laptop is preferred.
