We are looking for a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, with at least 1 year of related work experience who will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Main responsibilities include:
- Understand and document client concerns.
- The report documented client concerns.
- Answer and resolve client concerns based on the system and process knowledge base.
- Prepare reports of all reported concerns.
Work Set-up: This job requires on-site work specifically in the Mandaluyong City Hall.
This is also a project-based employment with contract of 6 months.
